1 – Eat dinner early & cut out caffeine by 2pm.

2 – Get electronics out of the bedroom – or  at least away from your night table.

3 – Have a workout buddy or friend to connect with in the morning.  Keeps you accountable!

4 – Be consistent.   Your body clock will respond if you keep at it.
