Actress Emma Stone lets the world in on a secret – she has serious anxiety, and it’s been with her for a long time.
Jodi explains this Hollywood Outsider at 30:47 minutes into the show podcast below.

According to BUZZFEED

After chatting about how she started acting, host Stephen Colbert pulled out this drawing that Emma did at age nine, while in therapy.

She went on to say that she started therapy at age seven, and doing improv and acting really helped calm her anxiety.

“I was a very, very anxious child, and I had a lot of panic attacks,” she explained. “I benefitted in a big way from therapy.”

“I still have anxiety to this day.”
